BMM Desk: The candidate for the upcoming election from Sirajganj-6 Halimul Haque Miru, The chief accused of killing of Shimul of Samakal has had an appeal to the Election Commission and he has regained his candidacy for the upcoming National Parliament elections as an independent MP candidate of Shirajganj-6._x000D_ _x000D_ On Sunday (December 10), he was reinstated as his appeal application was approved after the hearing at the Agargaon Election Commission in the capital. The murderer and the Independent candidate Halimul Haque Miru confirmed this information to the media._x000D_ _x000D_ On February 2, 2007, there was a clash between the two parties of Awami League in Shahjadpur, Sirajganj. Shimul that time worked at Samakal was injured in the firing of Mayor Miru while he was in his professional duties. He was rescued and taken to the hospital. When the condition worsened, he died on the way to Dhaka the next day._x000D_ _x000D_ At that time, Miru was the mayor of Shahjadpur municipality and the organizing secretary of the district Awami League.
